1. You use market data solely for personal use and not for any business or entity. 
2. You are not registered or qualified with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), or any other securities or financial regulatory body.
3. You are not an investment advisor or asset manager and do not provide investment advice.
4. You do not use market data as a principal, officer, partner, employee, or agent of any business, nor on behalf of any other individual.
5. You trade with your own funds, not provided by others, and do not trade for any corporation or partnership.
6. You do not receive any compensation or benefits in exchange for trading or consulting services. 

If it is determined that you qualify as a 'Professional' based on our review or any other information, you will be liable for the difference between 'Non-Professional' and 'Professional' subscription rates, both retroactively and moving forward. We reserve the right to invoice you for this difference and charge it to your payment method on file.

Our proprietary process derives prices from raw market data through a 2-factor derivation method. This involves adjusting the raw price based on trading volume, a randomized variable, and a maximum offset. The resulting derived data is displayed to non-professional clients and remains proprietary to our organization.

Raw market data is never accessible to clients and cannot be reverse-engineered. All markets undergo the same derivation process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, email address, and password, and for all activities conducted under your account. Makemoretradeschallenge is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account. You agree to (a) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, and (b) log out of your account at the end of each session. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with these security measures. 

Payment and Cancellation of Service

• Subscription Authorization: By subscribing to any service on www.makemoretradeschallenge.com (including any free trial periods), you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use. You authorize us to automatically charge your bank card, PayPal account, or other supported payment methods according to the billing cycle you select.
• Billing and Trial Periods: Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Users may access certain services with a free trial period. If the trial is not cancelled before its expiration, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription based on your selected billing cycle.
• Recurring Billing: All subscriptions are set to auto-renew. You will continue to be billed until you cancel your subscription. To cancel, you must do so through your account settings on our website. Email requests or support tickets will not be considered valid cancellation methods.
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period, your service will remain active until the next billing date. After this date, if no payment is received, your subscription will be terminated. If auto-renewal fails for an annual plan, you will be switched to a monthly plan.
• Refund Policy: We do not offer any refunds for any subscriptions, upgrades to more expensive plans, or any payments made using cryptocurrency.
• Service Suspension: Our team reserves the right to warn or ban users who do not adhere to our guidelines. In such cases, your subscription and its features will remain active, but no refunds will be provided for any period during which you are banned.
• Market Data: Subscription plans may include market data. Upon cancellation, access to trial services will end immediately, though any separately purchased data packages will remain available.
• Tax and Payment Processing: Makemoretradeschallenge may use local subsidiaries or other entities to collect payments in certain regions. All payments and services will be managed by Makemoretradeschallenge, regardless of the collecting entity. 

Feedback Submission
